Join Kitces Courses to shape the education of the next generation of Financial Advicers!
Are you a financial advisor with deep domain expertise and a passion for education? Kitces Courses is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME, to develop the curriculum) and Instructor (to deliver the lessons on camera) to help us develop and deliver cutting-edge content that equips today's advisors for success.
Our next two courses, which we’ll begin building in December 2024 for launch in mid-2025, will focus on empowering advisors to more effectively conduct a discovery meeting with a new client, and then deliver a comprehensive financial plan to that new client in the subsequent plan presentation meeting. If you have the knowledge and/or teaching skills to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
Why Participate as an SME or Instructor?
- Influence the Industry: Help shape the curriculum teaching the next generation of financial advicers, ensuring it aligns with current industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with our Kitces Team of Nerds to develop an engaging and comprehensive course curriculum.
- Professional Credibility: Enhance your professional profile and gain recognition within the financial advisor community as a recognized expert who teaches Kitces Courses.
- Get Paid for Your Time: We recognize that your time and expertise are valuable and are happy to compensate you for developing educational content!
What Is A Kitces Course?
Kitces Courses are designed to be in-depth, engaging, and asynchronous learning experiences, providing financial advisors the opportunity to delve deeply into specific topics or functions within the financial advisory space. These courses offer a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, ensuring that advisors can not just learn about and see, but actually practice relevant skills in a risk-free environment.
Much like how medical students practice stitching on oranges before taking the needle to real patients, Kitces courses are the orange to allow advisors to practice their learning and applying the key skills in a controlled setting instead of just figuring it out as they go on real clients. By breaking down complex topics into manageable segments, diving deep into each area, and providing opportunities for hands-on practice, Kitces Courses help advisors build competence and confidence.
All Kitces Courses are led by subject matter experts and engaging instructors who guide participants through the learning process, ensuring that each advisor not only understands the material but can also apply it effectively in their practice. This focus on skills development and practical application sets Kitces Courses apart, providing a comprehensive educational experience that goes beyond traditional knowledge delivery.
